Terms of Use

Updated: February 2024

Welcome to Weekly Wealth ("weeklywealth.com", “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using weeklywealth.com and any affiliated sites we operate (collectively, the “Sites”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, along with any additional terms published on the Sites (collectively, the “Agreement”). If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Sites.

Mandatory Arbitration

These Terms of Use include a mandatory arbitration clause that requires you to arbitrate all disputes or claims individually, including those involving our parent company, affiliates, and marketing partners (collectively, “Marketing Partners”), who are third-party beneficiaries of this clause. You waive your right to participate in class actions or multi-party arbitrations. Exceptions to this clause include: (1) opting out within thirty (30) days of registration; and (2) filing a claim in Small Claims Court under specified conditions.

1. How the Sites Work

The Sites provide content on saving and earning money, including samples, surveys, sweepstakes, coupons, freebies, on-demand jobs, and other topics (“Content”). We also offer links to sweepstakes operated by us or our affiliates and display ads through partners like Google AdSense. Advertising partners may compensate us for these placements. Future services and content will be subject to updated terms.

2. No Representations or Warranties

Content and offers on the Sites (“Site Content”) may contain errors. We do not commit to updating these errors. The Sites may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any inaccessibility or inoperability of the Sites.

NEITHER WE NOR ANY CONTENT PROVIDER MAKE SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SITES OR SITE CONTENT. THE SITES AND SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

3. Privacy Policy; Confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and use your information. By using the Sites, you agree to the terms in our Privacy Policy. We cannot guarantee confidentiality and are not responsible for any breach resulting from your use of the Sites.

4. User Supplied Content

You may submit comments and other content to the Sites. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable license to use this content and identify you as the source. You represent that you own or have rights to the content submitted and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

5. Eligibility

The Sites are intended for U.S. residents over 13 years of age. We do not guarantee that the Site Content is appropriate or available outside the U.S. Accessing the Sites from prohibited locations is at your own risk, and compliance with local laws is your responsibility.

6. Equipment

You are responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary equipment to access and use the Sites, including internet connections and web browsers.

7. Proprietary Rights

The Sites and Site Content are for personal, non-commercial use only. Copying, distributing, or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited. Portions of the Sites are protected by intellectual property laws, and unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Site Links and Third-Party Sites

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of information on these sites and are not responsible for their content or any damages resulting from their use. Review third-party terms and privacy policies before use.

9. Fraudulent Activity Policy

We prohibit fraudulent activity on the Sites. By using the Sites, you warrant that your information is accurate and lawful, and you will not attempt to circumvent security measures. We may take action, including disabling accounts, if fraudulent activity is detected.

10. Choice of Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of conflict of laws principles.

11. Arbitration/Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the Agreement must be resolved through arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”). If arbitration is necessary, it will be conducted under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with specific procedures for claims under Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Exceptions include opting out within thirty (30) days of registration or pursuing a claim in Small Claims Court.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR MARKETING PARTNERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SITE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Sites, breach of these Terms of Use, or violation of rights.

14. Integration and Conflicting Terms; Severability

These Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Sites. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

By using Weekly Wealth, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@weeklywealth.com.
